PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows a 80s CR gated setup with 8 inch WCH incandescents, Model 75 gate mechanisms and a WCH Mechanical Bell. In 2002, the road would be widen, and as a result, 2 new cantilever signals were installed here along with a pedestrian gated signal. This would later become a quiet zone crossing in the early 2010s, along with Davidson Road.

In August 2025, the gate mast on the southern signal was hit in a Train vs. Car accident. Surprisingly, it didn't take too much damage as the lights, gate mechanism, bell and most of the gate arm were still intact. I'm not 100% sure if CSX just put it back up and mounted it to a new foundation, mounted it to a new base or just completely replaced the whole thing.
