This crossing is located on the NS Dayton District.

PUCO photos from the late 90s shows
two gated signals from the NYC era with 8"x20" Safetran
incandescents, WRRS/GRS Type B gate mechanisms and no
bells. By 2007, both signals were replaced with the
current setup as seen below.
