This crossing is located on the NS Dayton District.


These signals were installed in the late 2000s replacing a pair of crossbucks.

PUCO pictures from the early 2000s shows two Conrail era crossbuck posts protecting the crossing.

In the late 2000s, both crossbucks were replaced with the current setup. At the time, the bell was a Safetran Type 3 E-Bell, but sometime in the 2010s, the bell was replaced with the current one.
