These signals were installed around 2013 replacing a pair of CR signals.

PUCO photos from the late 90s shows two 90s CR signals with 8"x20" Safetran incandescents, WCH gate mechanisms and a Safetran Hybrid Bell. By 2013, both signals were replaced with the current setup as seen below.
