There is also a passive crossing immediately south of this crossing protecting a pair of sidings for the grain elevator in town.

In April 2023, we see some conduit surrounding the crossing. As of June 2024, nothing has changed here, so I don't know if anything will come of this.

In October 2025, we see that both track signs and gate arms were replaced and the grade was resurfaced. The passive crossing also got a new DOT tag with its own DOT number and its grade was also resurfaced. Also the conduit surround the crossing has been removed.
