This crossing is located on the IORY DT&I Middle Subdivision & CSX Indianapolis Line.
Note: There is another DOT number, 258694W, assigned by IORY, but all the ENS signs lead to the CSX number, so I'll just stick with this as being one whole crossing sharing one DOT number.
