This crossing is located on the IORY DT&I Middle Subdivision.

PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows
two buckeye crossbuck posts protecting the crossing.
These would be replaced with standard crossbucks in the
2010s and by 2019, new signals were installed here. This
might have been due to an accident that occurred here on
August 7, 2019. The accident also resulted in a
crossbuck being destroyed.
