PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows two gated cantilever signals with 8"x20" incandescents, Safetran gate mechanisms and a WCH? Mechanical Bell. There were also 4 gateless mast signals. The 2 seen in the middle were for the mainline (at the time it was CR's Cincinnati Line, then the NS Cincinnati Line), and the other 2 were for the connection and spur track. By 2008, the 4 gateless mast signals were removed and both cantilevers recieved new lights, gate mechanisms and a new bell. A wayside horn was also added to this crossing since this crossing became a quiet zone.

A wayside horn at the crossing. Very interestingly, this is only used for the Dayton District. Trains on the other 2 tracks can sound their horns at this crossing.
