This crossing is located on the NS Dayton District.

PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows
two MI cantilever signals with 8"x20" MI incandescents,
WABCO/US&S Model 75 gate mechanisms, and a Safetran
Mechanical Bell. NS replaced both gate masts in the
2000s with Safetran equipment, while the gate lights
came from NEG and the bell came from GS. By
2021, both signals were replaced with the current setup.

The northern signal. This crossing was
the site of a derailment on March 4, 2023, which I'll
technically count it as an accident, even though there
is no reference to the derailment in the accident
reports. Click here
for the derailment caught on dash cam.
