PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows two MI cantilever signals with 8"x20" MI incandescents, WABCO/US&S Model 75 gate mechanisms, and a Safetran Mechanical Bell. NS replaced both gate masts in the 2000s with Safetran equipment, while the gate lights came from NEG and the bell came from GS. By 2021, both signals were replaced with the current setup.

The northern signal. This crossing was the site of a derailment on March 4, 2023, which I'll technically count it as an accident, even though there is no reference to the derailment in the accident reports. Click here for the derailment caught on dash cam.
