PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows two gated cantilever signals with 8"x20" incandescents, US&S Model 75 gate mechanisms and no bells. Also, the cantilever in Picture O2 was a bit further away from the tracks until the 2000s when it was moved to its current position. By 2008, both signals had their lights and gate masts replaced, recieved 2 Tracks signs, and 2 wayside horns were added to the crossing.

The northern signal. I don't think I've ever seen a crossing that is bell-less and in a quiet zone, which is an interesting find afterall.
