PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows
two gated CR signals with 8"x20" incandescents, WCH gate
mechanisms and a Safetran Mechanical Bell. If you look
closely, there was also an additional signal for Vananda
Avenue. Which now dead ends before the crossing. There
was also another crossing just 166 feet away from this
crossing. It had a gated mast signal and a gateless mast
signal, both with 8"x20" incandescents. By 2008, the
High Street signals were replaced with the current
setup, a wayside horn was added, and both the Vananda
Avenue and Race Street signals were removed, with the
latter closing that year.
