PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows two Safetran-era CR cantilever signals with 8"x20" Safetran incandescents, WCH gate mechanisms and a Safetran Hybrid Bell. By 2008, both cantilevers had their lights replaced with their gate masts completely replaced, two additional signals were added and two quiet zone indicators were added.

A pair of wayside horns, but strangely without horns, stand at the crossing. Note from me, Sir Fluent: These are interesting. They flash as normal, but at a slower rate. However, when the first wheel of a train touches the crossing, along with the 3 other crossings featuring these indicators, they turn off. They turn back on towards the end of a train.
