PUCO pictures from the late 90s/very early 2000s shows a gated MI cantilever setup featuring 8"x20" incandescents, Safetran gate mechanisms and a Safetran Mechanical Bell. At the time, the Walter Street signal was a 90s CR setup with 8"x20" incandescents, WCH gate mechanisms and no bells. By 2008, both cantilevers had their gate mechanisms moved onto separate gate masts, the lights were replaced, the bell was replaced, and the Walter Street signal was completely replaced with an NS signal. Two wayside horns were also added. If you look closely at Picture O3, you can see the former Springfield, Ohio Edison Smokestack, which was demolished by 2010.
