This crossing is located on the NS Dayton District.

PUCO pictures from the late 90s/very early 2000s shows two late-80s CR signals with 8"x20" incandescents, Safetran Model 85 gate mechanisms and Safetran Mechanical Bells. Also, I'm not sure why, but you look at the relay bungalow in all 4 pictures, you can see it was all new at the time instead of being a CR one. I'm not sure what caused this exactly since there weren't any accidents at this crossing at the time. Either way, by 2014, both signals were replaced with the current setup and an extra signal was added.
