This crossing is located on the IORY DT&I Middle Subdivision.
| PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows two
very old DT&I-era gateless mast signals with unique
bases, 8"x20" incandescents and two US&S Teardrop
Bells! This may have been the last or only crossing in all
of Springfield to feature US&S Teardrop Bells.
Sometime in the 2000s, both signals were sadly replaced
with the current gated setup. |
