PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows
two CR cantilever signals with 8"x20" incandescents, WCH
gate mechanisms and a Safetran Hybrid Bell. By 2008,
both signals had their lights and gate masts replaced
with a wayside horn being added to the crossing.
