PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows a gated NYC setup with 8"x20" incandescents, WRRS gate mechanisms and no bells.

Sometime in the 2000s, both signals were replaced with NS signals, which had 12"x20" Safetran incandescents, Safetran gate mechanisms and still no bells, plus, the older relay case was reused. This didn't last too long as in 2008, both signals would be replaced with the current setup, plus, a wayside horn being added.
