PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows two older gated mast signals with 8"x20" incandescents, FS gate mechanisms and no bells. Sometime in the early-mid 2000s, the lights were upgraded to LED, 2 bells were added and the gate arms were replaced.

On 12-28-24: I made a trip return to this crossing and discovered that one of the LEDs was replaced with Letotek IL Series LEDs. Luckily, the rest of the crossing remains unchanged. Both Federal Signal gate mechanisms remain here as usual. Picture 35 shows a new DTMF switch in the background.
