Never seen this before, traffic signals for a railroad crossing.

I’m not sure if this is a crossing or not. At Broadway & Dorcas St in St Louis, just to the east in a truck lot looks to be a huge overhead railroad crossing. Does anyone have pics or know exactly what this is? Thanks.
