What strikes me as being really off here, is that it's a filing on an active track. It's not as if the line has been sitting dormant. Wow. So these crossings have been sitting untouched without Exempt or Tracks Out Of Service signs all this time? CSX pulled up the tracks somewhere between 2019 and 2021.
