Their stream is their video. People uploading bits of their stream might deter people from actually watching their stream. I honestly don't see the point of re-uploading bits of their stream to Youtube but thats just me.
Pretty much.
Also why would you be expecting them to be ...

Re: Cutting down on the amount of pages we create
Also, not trying to start sh!t here, but I do find it kinda funny how you don't want to go to a mostly-pure 1970s/1980s Conrail install, but would rather go to a modern NS install because the latter has ped gates on it, even though you had already been to the latter already.
I found that ...

Re: Cutting down on the amount of pages we create
The site is starting to feel more like a crossing database.
Wasn't that the point of the site to begin with?.
Yes and no, it was started originally just as a plain crossing database but evolved over time into a database of more interesting stuff.
I distinctly remember voice chatting with Mike ...

Re: Locations of UK level crossings
What exactly is the point of this topic?!
idk this forum is full of American and Australian crossings and I just wanted to change it up.
We talk about UK crossings too... Don't see why there needs to be a thread just for locations of UK crossings...

Re: Cutting down on the amount of pages we create
Mike H. actually started doing that. Personally not that big of a fan of the idea.
I just don't see the point in documenting EVERY single crossing though. The site is starting to feel more like a database.
If I recall correctly, this almost killed the site a few years back.

Re: Metro Orange Line is out of thier damn mind
The Metrolink line you're probably thinking of is the Ventura County Line which is north of the Orange Line.
No... I know what the VC line is, seeing how I often work right by said line.
I remember reading some train magazine and also hearing from some UP guys that the original plan was to ...

Re: signals in the media
I drive by this crossing regularly.
The cantilever 12x24 inch lights in the video were retrofitted with Harmon Fading LEDS along with its Safetran bell being replaced with a General Signals type 2 E-Bell.
It's a entirely new cantilever, some drunk hit the old one back in 2010/2011, oddly enough ...

Re: Metro Orange Line is out of thier damn mind
Looks like the eventual plan is to put rails back anyway... so in a way it makes sense, as the signals will already be in place.
Why it was even turned into a bus way in the first place I'll never know.
In the late 90s there was talk about making it a Metrolink line, not sure what happened to ...

our beloved Metro Orange Line BUSWAY
What's this "beloved busway" crap?
I much preferred that line when it was the SP Burbank Branch... you know an ACTUAL rail line.
