Just so it's known, the land that the Plant City Train Viewing Platform sits on, where the railcam is located, is owned by the city of Plant City. That is public, tax-funded property. Besides, under Florida law, because he is out in the open where anybody could hear his vulgarity, Florida's wiretapping law does not apply. In my honest opinion, Danny Harmon (DistantSignal) will always be the best Florida- based railfan.

Danny Harmon is great! He narrates the promos for one of the local news stations here, and has been doing so for 30+ years.

When i looked at the comments, i'm just horrified by the amount of his fans that don't even condone his actions, it's like seeing the safety notice and the video in general seems to brainwash them into thinking that the entire video is totally SFW and made for kids.

I don't know how Florida state law works, why on earth has he not been arrested yet?

TBH, this was apparently faked using effects, according to the description anyways:

This is my first video of the year 2020 with a new introduction and a special made only for entertainment purposes only with special editing to make this video look like a train is a runaway getting ready to hit a car on the tracks being my car and me as the driver. Stay tuned to how this video was actually done at the end. Do not try this in real life because this video is fake. The train had no engineer and was going in reverse and so was I driving my car but the effects of the video in reverse makes it look like the real thing happening. Enjoy the video.

Guessing he's trying to get attention by doing this though, hopefully he doesn't try to inspire anyone else to do this, except without the effects...

I just now unsubscribed from him because of how bad his videos have gotten. His stupid orange series is one of the reasons why I stopped watching his videos. I'm just glad he hasn't came up to Kansas City when he does tour stuff. Hopefully he doesn't come up to KC or even in my hometown, Independence MO.
