Interestingly, the signal there is in a flash cycle. I've never seen so many traffic signals in a flash cycle on GSV to that extent except for in Detroit!freebrickproductions wrote:Detroit, MI:

Wow! I wonder if they are in permanent flash. I would think that the other street would have the lights flashing amber. I wonder what would happen if a train came while they were in flash mode.ZachL wrote:Interestingly, the signal there is in a flash cycle. It's not actually permanent, thankfully.ToledoRailfan wrote:Wow! I wonder if they are in permanent flash. I would think that the other street would have the lights flashing amber. By the way, I surely hope this never fell down and is actually fixed by now.

Well it is Detroit so it shouldn't be too surprising!

Still doesn't explain why Detroit has so many traffic signal problems.cabman701 wrote:Maybe he was coming to investigate why?ZachL wrote:Interestingly, the signal there is in a flash cycle. Absolutely no money, that's why. You used to be able to find tons of abandoned signals around the city where they had been downgraded to stop signs, but the signals were never removed.ZachL wrote:Still doesn't explain why Detroit has so many traffic signal problems.cabman701 wrote:Maybe he was coming to investigate why?ZachL wrote:Interestingly, the signal there is in a flash cycle. Their street light problem is pretty terrible too, if you've ever heard about that.freebrickproductions wrote:Absolutely no money, that's why.
