US&S Teardrop and GS combo.

Even though the tracks are in bad shape, I think the crossing is still active.

ANOTHER TEARDROP IN CAL.
heyyy thats my video lol
yeah i love to hang out at that crossing.... i would get more shots of it in action but my cam is broken...but it should be fixed soon
i wasnt saying the video is bad
iam saying that crossing signals are set up for safety not for show
and this signal seems more like its there for a show not for safety
1 signal for three intersecting streets on a crossing thats bad all around AND the traffic lights flash red when a train is comeing wth (OH GOD NOW I SOUND LIKE ELTON) anyways the best plan is to rip up the crossing and start over

I just checked on Google Street view, and it appears that the signals are still there, but something has changed.

On the track leading back to the main, there are several flatbed cars, some gondola cars, an old locomotive and a string of coaches!

BTW, Andrew, what did that spur track serve?

Topic changed from "Active US&S Teardrops" to "Currently existing US&S Teardrops" to avoid confusion.

Defunct crossings with US&S Teardrops can be posted here.

All other "Active <INSERT BELL HERE>" topics have all been changed to "Currently existing <INSERT BELL HERE>"

There's 3 of them at this crossing at Graham Hill Road in Felton California on the Santa Cruz Big Trees & Pacific. There is also a WCH M-bell here but it is not pictured. This Crossing sees both passenger and freight service in the form of weekend tourist trains operated between Felton and The Santa Cruz beach Board Walk. There is also the weekly lumber train the delivers two or three cars of lumber to a lumber yard via an interchange with the Union Pacific.
