Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, a General Signals Type 1 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG gate lights.
Signal on the right: 3 pairs of Harmon 12x24 inch lights, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG gate lights.

After catching the southbound mixed freight, I went down to this crossing to get it filmed as well. After over 2 hours of waiting, I finally was able to get my second train of the day: a northbound mixed freight with an SD70ACe leading an AC44C6M for power! Had been a little while since I'd last shot an NS ACe leading, I believe.

This crossing is a rather nice one, featuring a late-SOU/early-NS install from the early-1980s at it. It appears that, later-on in the 1980s, NS replaced the lights on the far signal with the current Safetran 12x24s. Then, in the late-90s, NS replaced the bell here with the current GS Type 1 e-bell. Since then, however, no major changes appear to have occurred here, which is rather nice to see, especially since the closer signal's pretty much fully original still. Also quite nice to see that there's a GS Type 1 here, always do enjoy finding those.
The far signal also features an older worded MI base on it. Not entirely sure where that came from as I believe that design stopped being made back in the 1970s, nor do I believe the SOU ever used MI bases of that style, certainly not super many of them. It was almost certainly re-used here at some point to replace the original SERRMI base on the far signal, but I don't entirely know when.
