After catching NS 733 at Marble Street #2, I went over to this crossing to see about getting it recorded as well. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait nearly as long here for my fourth catch of the day: a northbound mixed freight with an NS AC44C6M leading a UP AC44CW for power.

This crossing's another nice one, featuring another mid-70s SOU install. It appears that in the late-90s or early-2000s, NS replaced the bell here with an older GS e-bell, possibly a GS Type 1. Then, sometime between 2007 and 2012, all of the 8 inch mast lights here were replaced with the current Safetarn 12x24s. Finally, sometime between 2015 and 2019, the GS e-bell that had been here must've died and was replaced with the current GS Type 3 e-bell. Thankfully, since then, no major changes appear to have occurred to this crossing. It's also nice to see that both of the original Safetran gate mechs and the original overhead lights on the cantilever are also still around here. The latter are also especially nice to see, the older 70s Safetran 12 inch lights are always a bit harder to find than the newer ones.
