CSX 4786 (SD70MAC) and CSX 8756 (SD60M) in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

4786 might still be on CSX's roster, but I know 8756 was retired a little while back.

That's an SD70MAC. The SD60s were all in the 8000-series on CSX.

The leader is probably one of the TXN's locomotives, given the fact that WAMX is Webb Assent Management's reporting mark (with WAMX being a subsidiary of Watco).
