They were largely a Canadian company, IIRC, where most of their surviving equipment can be found. IIRC, they made hardware used on signals like junction boxes and bases.

Check out this listing. Seller is selling two wrrs mini bells along with 8 inch light. Bells look like they need some work to be restored though.

I'd say that's actually a pretty decent deal, even with the condition they're in. It's essentially $100 per bell and $50 for the light.

The lenses were probably swapped around at some point, possibly by the seller.

Also, someone is choosing to sell these trucks and assuming the model date is 2020, but the model dates in question were discontinued in October 2005, some models have been built in an updated version of the model in 2016, but i assume these models only get built for special purposes.
