Hayes Track Appliance Co. is where the Hayes part of Western Cullen Hayes comes from.
Federal Signal bought Hayes and absorbed it into their Western Cullen Division back in the 70s, so I wouldn't be surprised if WCH still primarily brands much of their track hardware as just "Hayes", as seen there.
