Favorite Electronic Bell 3.0
One new bell + one that was missed. Also added which Safetran Type 3 tone.

Added an Other option to cover any bells (especially foreign ones) that might be missed, along with removing the "**NEW" labels on the options (which seemed rather pointless, IMHO). Of course, my opinion hasn't changed much since the last one, with the GS Type 1 still being my favorite.

OK, thanks for adding the Other option! You're fine with removing **NEW.
