Looks like someone could easily steal his stuff.
Not really, no. Pefko's is a holiday resort with few houses. Along with the island life your not really seeing any crime going down.

Speaking of the building, whenever i walk past the closed bar at night there always seems to be a light on in the medical center, despite Pefko's not having a medical center for a few years! I don't know if there is building work going on there or something shady happens inside that closed building every night. Mike Supermarket (Thats the actual name without the S in Mike) has been burned some time ago. I'm probably considering they did this because Greece hit a economic crisis in 2009 and i guess it would cost too much to demolish it. So it's just been left like that since. If you climb the staircase (I hope it doesn't collapse when you climb it!) You could probably get a good view of the resort.

Here are some more abandoned buildings, an asterisk (*) means this building has been reopened as something else.
A ** means part of the building is still in use as something else

Attraction International Fashion Wear* (Reopened as a fish spa)
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@36.07471 ... 6656?hl=en

The Pink Panther Bar (Been shut for quite some years!)
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@36.07457 ... 6656?hl=en

Fish spa?* (Reopened as a British styled bar called The Pub, but the U is a barrel so i tend to call it The Pob)

Maria Supermarket**, (Closed down between 2012-2015, the supermarket is still shut, but part of it is now used as Maria Apartments. I guess the better supermarkets took its toll on Maria's)
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@36.07376 ... 6656?hl=en

Restaurant and a Cafe in one building**, The upstairs part wasn't even around when this wasn't even hanging around when i passed in 2011 as it hadn't opened.
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@36.07225 ... 6656?hl=en

A walk by in August 2015 showed that the downstairs restaurant and the cafe had been converted into a supermarket that was open until midnight. There was a upstairs restaurant but i guess it hadn't kicked off well as the stairway was blocked by boxes and there wasn't really anything in there. Owner must've decided to take anything and walked off.

Some Hotel*
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@36.07208 ... 6656?hl=en
A walk by in August/October 2016 showed that the struggling hotel had been replaced by some restaurant, however when i passed along at night it was shut around the world in European islands bar shut so workers can take time off. As now it is May, all the bars reopen in April for 6 months.

Back in the mid-90's, my family used to live in Corinth, Mississippi. My grandpa worked at this plywood mill. The streetview capture from 2008 shows the building abandoned.

The capture from October of 2013 shows that the brick building was torn down.

Here's where the infamous Dixie Square Mall once stood. The mall opened in 1966 and closed in 1978. It was briefly used as a school and a set for the Blues Brothers movie before being shuttered in 1980-81. It's a shame it was torn down because I actually wanted to see the place in person. :aaargh:

When the abandoned mall was standing and collapsing in 2007.

The abandoned Kiss Nightclub in Brazil. The club was shuttered in 2010 after a horrific fire killed hundreds of young people. A performer accidentally ignited the flammable egg-crate foam on the walls which spread quickly. There was only one exit available and a stampede caused it to be blocked. After the fire, the building was abandoned and I doubt it will ever be used again for non criminal investigation uses.

Here it is in October of 2012, three months before the incident.

Speaking of nightclub fires, here is the former location of the Station in West Warwick, Rhode Island. The incident was similar, except it was caused by pyrotechnics. There was a news reporter present at the time and bootleg videos of his film exist on the internet, but they're too graphic to post here. The place is now a memorial park.

Found this party store in Sidcup.
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.42612 ... 312!8i6656
It looks as if it closed in June 2009, it is seen a month before closure.
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.42612 ... 312!8i6656
A look at the streetview in July 2009, shows the store now very bare. The doors are shut, and there are words written on the doors and the window. Such as.
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.42613 ... 312!8i6656
"CLOSED DOWN LOVE YO, ZOEY + GIRLS"
"Cha? nmm"
"Thank you for all your custom"
A look at the store roughly 5 years later shows it being renovated. If you look at the boardings of the sign, a chunk has broken off from one of them and says "ons" This indicates the store was called Thorntons until closure.

Drumroll please, it has reopened as a Costa Coffee.
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.42609 ... 312!8i6656
There is also an abandoned Blockbusters not too far from the Costa.

This cinema in Dingle, named Gaumont Dingle, opened in 1937 as part of Gaumont Cinemas, it was closed in 1966 by The Rank Organisation and converted into a bingo club. The bingo club closed down in 1998 after The Rank Group Plc absorbed all of their remaining assets into their new group. Its remained empty and boarded up ever since.

The Regal Cinema in Norris Green, opened on January 27th 1930, The cinema was independently operated until it was acquired in 1935 by Associated British Cinemas. In 1955, the cinema closed for a major refurbishment which saw its atmospheric style interior, replaced with a plain Art Deco style. In the early 1960's, it started running a bingo club on Tuesdays and Friday evening until the cinema closed in 1964. It reopened in 1966 as a Mecca bingo hall. The bingo hall ran up until March 2007 when it closed down for the last time. Its been put up for sale and to let various times but has never achieved a buyer. A fence has been put up in the last few years at the alley of the cinemas side to prevent access to urban explorers.
