I think that was a fluke of some sort. Not sure what time zone that represents... but back then (in 2012), I would have been at work at that time of the morning driving a school bus, so I know for a fact that I couldn't have been signed on.

It could be possible that guests were registered into that counter, y'all.busman_49 wrote:Same here!cabman701 wrote:I think that was a fluke of some sort. It most likely did. Why over 200 guests were on here then? I believe only one active spammer has gotten in sense then, so I'd say it's done a good job.PaulSP wrote:Back then there was a massive problem with spam bots joining and then filling up the forum with spam topics, however when Mike first told me and a couple of the old regulars this we didn't believe him, so he enabled the "Register" button to show us how ridiculous the spam was (Remember, back then you actually had to email Mike Hickok in order to sign up), and ridiculous it was as I believe the end result was Mike having to delete over 200 topics of spam...
I eventually came up with the "What does WCH stand for?" thing on the sign up page to fool spam bots, and it seems like it's done it's job... for now.
