I did some quick research and found out more about the derailment & explosion.
It occurred on Oct. 15, 2005, at the Union Pacific yard in Texarkana, AR that is shared with KCS & Amtrak.
The eight cars that derailed, including the one that exploded, were on the end of one UP train.
They derailed when another UP train rear-ended them.
The one fatality caused by everything was of a man in one of the 2 homes destroyed.
