LOL... looks like they had some high hopes for development on the other side of that crossing... with plans to widen the entrance road there at some point.

Haven't been able to find an active crossing for awhile, but found one today:

If you move forward and look at the cantilever, the lights are mounted off center. Kind of odd because they are normal on the opposite one.
