Abandoned Train at Crossing

I have never actually seen this, but found it on street view here. The trains have "No Trespassing" signs posted on them. (I call that taking the easy way out, and not removing them.) However if I actually visited these, I would definitely want to explore the insides.

How often does this happen?......

It's a storage line, they store the cars there until they are needed, there's one of these in Park Washington but the boxcars are so old they would collapse when moved and where would they even go?

The other line is still used for the Lake Whatcom Railway's Speedercart rides during the summer but they are not allowed to switch onto the line with the cars on it.
