How Does One Power a General Signals E-Bell

So I acquired 2 new E-bells and a Rail Charger. New Problem, I don't know how to power them. If someone can help me, that would be appreciated.

I'd suggest contacting General Signals and seeing if they have a wiring diagram for the bell that they can send you.

I'm pretty sure that the bells have to be hooked up a specific way. I could be wrong though.

Yeah... I agree with Brick and would be careful. If they are in working condition, and you just wing it and end up hooking one up the wrong way... YOU could kill them.

I have a Mechanical Bell, and it normally works on me when I use a 9V Square Battery - to + and + to -, and wa la!. Althouh when I first recieved the bell, it was broken!

Well if it means anything on how I found them,

they actually might have been in the process of being disposed of.
Especially since that light in there was filled with rainwater.

NS was using GS e-bells in the early 2000s and then again in 2013-2014 from what I've seen. It's very likely that those are type-1s that came from a signal install that was removed for whatever reason.
