Safetran LED lights: Hawker Siddeley?

Came across this last weekend when I was out photographing some crossings... This particular crossing in west Dallas had mostly Progress/Lincoln Industries LED lights. But one of the signals had what appeared to be Safetran fading LEDs. On the back of these lights was the usual Safetran logo, but it had a rectangle around it that said "Hawker Siddeley".

I googled "Hawker Siddeley" and found a fairly extensive Wikipedia article. Hawker Siddeley is a now-defunct British aerospace company that made everything from fighter planes and executuve jets to diesel engines, railroad locomotives, and power transformers. I found another article dated July 18, 1984 (!) saying that Hawker Siddeley has acquired Safetran for $20 million. The article quotes that: "Safetran, which makes equipment for the transportation industry, had agreed to make and market products throughout the United States and Canada for the Westinghouse Brake and Signal Company, a Hawker Siddeley unit."

This signals at this crossing are fairly new (5 years or less), there's no way they date back to 1984. There's a ton of Safetran lights around here, but I don't recall seeing any that say "Hawker Siddeley" on the back - new or old. Have I just not been paying enough attention, or have I found a rare light-head here?
