And in 2014, one of the lights was missing the back part of it, but the LED, background, and visor were all still attached to the signal!![]()

Google caught it active in 2008 as well. Notice in these shots the "side" lights are on the bottom. They obviously changed the configuration (several times it appears) in an attempt to keep it from getting damaged so often. Obviously that didn't work out too well.
