Don't think so.
Ive made a search on Google and they where making speeders! Its actually weird to see a speeder manufacturer has made some crossing equipements !

Never noticed! Its strange how one gate is lowered and one gate is stuck in the up position, nevertheless i don't see a train!

Never noticed! Its strange how one gate is lowered and one gate is stuck in the up position, nevertheless i don't see a train!
Probably malfunctioning... and since the crossing was closed at the time (never actually opened if I remember correctly), no one was too worried about it.

One of the gates probably got stuck while it was down after a train had passed.
