I actually posted that here in the forum the other day!SirKrunch wrote:Another oddity to me is this crossing owned by the WSOR in Madison, Wisconsin. Only one of the signal approaches at this gated crossing has flashing lights on the mast. The rest only have gates and rely on the traffic signals.
What is the strangest Crossing signal you have seen?

Not RR related, but this looks kind of odd to me too. I've never seen 2 connected together like that.SirKrunch wrote:Another oddity to me is this crossing owned by the WSOR in Madison, Wisconsin. What makes it more weird is that this bell used to be a Safetran Mechanical Bell.ToledoRailfan wrote:That is pretty interesting! And then they replace it with a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell! I thought this crossing is defunct?

It isn't defunct. Those exempt signs just means that vehicles like buses are exempt from stopping at the crossing.NathanFromEngland wrote:What makes it more weird is that this bell used to be a Safetran Mechanical Bell.ToledoRailfan wrote:That is pretty interesting!
