Not really abandoned, probably just taken out of service, as it has new blue DOT tags and an NEG e-bell on one of the signals. That crossing has pedestrian gates. That is kind of unusual for Florida. The crossings with sidewalks that Brightline will operate over have had pedestrian gates added to them.NathanFromEngland wrote: Bent gate.

Course I've never been to Tampa, my trip to America is 3 and a half weeks away. At least thanks to Alan Smith i would see what the equipment in downtown Tampa is. Lights and bells attached to traffic signals with a track that runs down the middle of the street that is used by CSX for their so called street running service. Actually, looks like those signals there are somehow covered in road grime, unlike the ones in downtown Tampa which are painted black.
