Ive been informed about who makes those weird E-bells; https://www.google.com/maps/@-39.118441 ... 6656?hl=en

They are made by EMAVE, an Argentinian speaker, alarm, bell and siren maker located in Rosario, SF. They are called - CDF -12-24.

Its even more fascinating to notice Invensys Rail gate mechs, which probably indicate a 2012 installation.

I'm not too sure on the crossbucks, but by looking at the post, the condition of the signs and the faded sign in the middle, it looks like it might be a crossbuck made around the mid-late 19th century, and hasn't been removed since.

It looks if the teardrop bell is a different brand make.

I think the other setup is out of service. I'd probably say that bell could be a WRRS/RRS motor bell or something.
