Look's like i found the crossing where DJ's Railroad Crossing was filmed.

The only change since that video was taken (I know there's a first one too!) is that the WCH gate mechanism was replaced by a Safetran/Invensys Rail gate mechanism.
This WRRS/WCH bell could do with a little TLC.
