Wishbone gate with unusual striping!

Anyone know why that wishbone has striping like that? never seen that before around Washington State.

I do have to wonder if the wishbone is still there though... I don't see anything unusual about the stripping though.

The striping is thinner than usual, it seems. Also, the cantilevers are likely turned to the side as it appears the crossing's out of service. The rails around it are certainly rusty:

Only the cantilever arms are turned though. The mast lights still face the road.

Maybe they just never turned the mast lights? Also entirely possible the signals are out of service entirely, but the line still sees (rare) usage.

The line in question goes the the Hanford Nuclear site. At one time the MILW line also connected to this one on the north west end of the Hanford Site. Im pretty sure this line see VERY VERY VERY rare use.

As far as I can remember, these two crossings here in Toledo, Ohio for some reason never had mast crossbucks. Kinda interesting.

A long time ago that crossing had buckeye crossbucks for one road but normal crossbucks for the other road. For some reason I remember that when I rode the TLE&W's Blue Bird excursion train as a kid.

That would be a engine on lease from GATX or GMTX. Those blue engines usually have some cool backgrounds, for example: The engine in question used to be Milwaukee Road 2011, a straight GP38.
