Probably 1960s to the early 1970s. Those are 8 inch Eagle Flat-back signals on it.

Nice Find! Iv'e been to Seattle three times too while visiting and aunt and uncle who live up there.

yes we drove from fresno ,ca to Everett ,wa
very lucky to live two-three blocks away from three teardrop bells. one of which i see at least once a week!
