The Safetran(?) bell at 0:34 in this video seems to be rather flat:

Here's a video from caltran927 from 11 years ago of the crossing. The bells were in better shape then, but they definitely sounded like they were on their way out:

Even then one of them was sounding rather flat, at least a lot more like a cowbell back then, anyways!

Although it is hard to hear, one of the EBA E-Bells on this Dutch railroad crossing sounds a bit off.
Refer to me as 'Nari' - He/She are my preferred pronouns

Interesting ring pattern there...it almost sounds like they're being manually rung.
