Locations of LS Brach co mechanical bells
Gametrian productions made a video on one. The major difference of this bell is that is has a wch style locking mechanism but it is on the right side of the bell, not the left.

I never heard of Ls Brach Co. Wonder what the inside of that bell looks like. I'm willing to bet that the inner workings are similar to what wch mechanical bells have.flat train wrote: Wed Feb 05, 2020 9:24 pm Gametrian productions made a video on one. Proud owner of 7 mechanical bells along with a pair of safetran 12x20 lights and a 8 inch light. Been a fan of trains since I was little. Main place I railfan on, The Sedalia Sub.

Ain't these the predecessor of the Bryant Zinc Co. & RRS bells? If so, might just be worth putting them in the RRS thread.
They/Them for me, please.

I feel like they deserve their own topic because the locking mechanism is different. Also we really don't have that much info on these bells so maybe this could be a discussion about these bells.

I think I found one in Milford, ME. I can tell because the hinge is on the right side, not the left. https://www.google.com/maps/@44.941873, ... 6656?hl=en

Here’s one: my room! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sPEdEMrJygo
Bells go "ding". Lights go "flash". And the WCH Gate Mechanism at Kirkwood Road goes "chigRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr".

Wow! That's an amazing bell. I would really like a pre wrrs bell, and if you come across one on facebook would you mind notifying me? I'm trying to upgrade my collection too. I have a safetran hybrid, wch first gen, and gs type 2.UPking wrote: Thu Apr 09, 2020 5:44 pm Here’s one: my room! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sPEdEMrJygo

Sure! There is an abandoned one in Oelwien, Iowa if you want to take it.
