This probably doesn't belong here because it technically isn't a grade crossing accident...but it does involve Amtrak and a pedestrian...so whoever wants to move this to an appropriate spot be my guest...I didn't see another category it fits into..

Actually, shouldn't it go in Railroads? It's for non-signal talk...
