Monsoon 2009 is over
This season was one of the worst Monsoons I've ever experienced. Prescott had the 9th driest monsoon on record, and many other cities were getting close to dry records as well.
We only probably got about half of our normal Monsoon moisture, however the El Nino may help us out this winter...
