I took some numbers from the locomotives the guy already did and kinda pieced them together

here is my latest project, it is for the fictional Missouri & Iowa, it is a GP38-2 still in SCL paint. CSX sold it to a leasing company, which sold it to another leasing company, and then sold to M&I. I didnt color the under part or the plows, but i did some experimental weathering.
